National Geographic Explore VR: Machu Picchu

Machu Picchu is the second destination in the National Geographic Explore VR (Quest) title which players can visit. The environment was almost completely recreated using photogrammetry. Our team at Force Field spend months patching up the photogrammetry data and the end result is amazing especially for an Oculus Quest title. I got to work on photogrammetry as well as create several objects by hand such as pots, food, torches, carpets, foliage, beds, ovens and beer vessels.
